Hey. As you can see, I work out of a public IP most of the time, so I was blocked from putting up this response on your talk page. The graph is fairly simple; the details follow.

CONTOUR GRAPH OF 3D FUNCTION: $Z 2 = X 2 - Y 2$

VIEW ANGLE (in degrees): THETA [θ] = -90, PHI [Φ] = 0, PSI [ψ] = 0 (essentially, overhead [technically underside] view)

XMIN = -15, XMAX = 15, XGRID = 14

YMIN = -15, YMAX = 15, YGRID = 14

ZMIN = -15, ZMAX = 15

NCONTOUR (steps for contour plots) = 2

No grid lines or axes are shown, no labels, nothing.

Thanks for uploading Image:Img003-1.png. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Backslashing proxy bans me? Honestly, this one is probably a mistake with my school, which uses a common proxy to route all traffic onto the internet (and filter bad pages), or possibly because I have had to change my browsing proxy settings recently. Whatever it is, I was not aware of a "backslashing proxy", or anything like this. I have to say, whatever the hell happened, I am sorry for it, but I cannot say that this is any reason to block me. Speaking freely, I have to say that the person who blocked me might have been a little overzealous on this occasion. Yes, that was a rebuke. Additionally, I want to say that I have received no talk page notification, which is to my understanding a necessity, freakofnurture.

Your rebuke is out of place, as you claim not to understand the issue I cannot see how you can deem the action to be over the top. We are here to write an encyclopaedia and part of the admin role is to protect the integrity of that. Some misconfigured (and potentially open proxies) mistakenly escape special characters (i.e. add a '\' in front of them). This covers numerous characters like ' or " or \. This has a cumulative effect. So you can see from your first edit here numerous \ have been added. From your second edit here the characters like ' have been escaped again and so have the \ it added in escaping the first lot, so you can see loads of \ everywhere. On your third edit here it's really getting out of hand. Hence the block to prevent you editing from that proxy messing up any and every page you edit. Block messages on talk pages are a courtesy but by no means mandatory, in this case I would say it would have been desirable. Thanks for joining WikiProject Machinima and for your compliments that you left on my talk page. I try to maintain a general interest across machinima, which can be difficult with a lot of productions out there (a lot of good ones as well as a lot of really bad ones). No worries. A lot of Wikipedians start off with a single topic and branch out from there. WikiProject Machinima itself was formed after a bunch of us worked on promoting Red vs. Blue to FA status, so that we could apply what we learned in the process to other machinima articles. "Non-commercial use only" or Wikipedia-only images are no longer allowed on Wikipedia (and haven't been for about a year and a half); they can be deleted at any time. You'll need to tag them as fair use ({{promotional}} or {{machinima-screenshot}}, as the case may be) and write up a detailed rationale as to why the image meets the fair-use criteria (see [alaso WP:IDP and other images in Category:Screenshots of machinima). — TKD::Talk 22:12, 23 September 2006 (UTC)

I had replied to that there. I wrote, "I don't think that it's totally verboten. Something trivial like placing screenshots side by side would probably be okay, but a collage probably wouldn't. I'm wondering: There probably is a shot of at least Damian and Fyb3roptik and/or Octobit together somewhere in the episodes, no?"
