Grand Master Choa Kok Sui is the Modern Founder of Pranic Healing[1] and Arhatic Yoga. He is the author of 20 books, some published in about 32 languages.
The principles of energy healing were known in different cultures since ancient times[citation needed], previously they existed mostly as an art rather than a science. Grand Master Choa Kok Sui developed Pranic Healing, a scientific system of energy healing principles and techniques[dubious ]. He developed new concepts and techniques for healing of the body and the psyche with the use of life-energy or prana[citation needed]. This system is organized in a scientific, simple and practical way so that it can be learned by anyone in a short period of time[citation needed].
Grand Master Choa Kok Sui presents “non-traditional” or “paranormal” concepts of energy healing in a simple and straightforward way[citation needed], as is reflected in his internationally acclaimed books on healing – Miracles Through Pranic Healing, originally published as The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Healing (1987), Pranic Psychotherapy (1990), Advanced Pranic Healing (1992), Pranic Crystal Healing (1996), Pranic Psychic Self-Defense for Home and Office (1999). His books are read and techniques practiced in over 72 countries[citation needed]. The applications of Pranic Healing techniques extend beyond the healing of the body and mind[citation needed]. Students all over the world learn to apply the techniques to many aspects of their lives to maintain balance and harmony[citation needed].
Grand Master Choa Kok Sui developed Arhatic Yoga[citation needed], a system of practices to help seekers on the spiritual path expand their consciousness and work toward achieving soul-realization[citation needed]. Arhatic Yoga is a scientific synthesis of yogic practices to safely accelerate the spiritual development of practitioners[citation needed]. The practice of Arhatic Yoga is said to balance aspects of Universal Love, Intelligence and Will[citation needed]. Practitioners aim to develop higher intuition, advanced mental faculties, qualities of good character and progress towards realizing their true potential as Beings of Divine Love, Light and Power[citation needed].
In his books and courses, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui reveals the esoteric meaning behind ancient teachings of the Biblical Lord’s Prayer[citation needed], Kabbalistic Tree of Life, ancient Egyptian tradition, Indian tradition and the esoteric Buddhist traditions, and presents the common underlying spiritual concepts[citation needed].
