China National Building Material Company or CNBM (SEHK: 3323), established in 1984, is a state-owned enterprise administrated by the State-owed Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, engaging in cement, lightweight building materials, glass fiber and fibre-reinforced plastic products and engineering service businesses.
CNBM is currently the largest cement and gypsum board producer in China in terms of production capacity. It is also the largest glass fiber producer in Asia in terms of production capacity.
CNBM was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under IPO on 23 March, 2006.[1]
CNBM joined the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index from 10 March, 2008.[2]
