Charlbury railway station is a railway station serving the town of Charlbury in Oxfordshire, England. This station and all trains serving it are operated by First Great Western. As a result of the Cotswold Line being singled the former up platform is the only one now in use for both up and down trains.
The station was opened by the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway in 1853. It is notable for the original station building, a wooden chalet-style structure in the Italianate architecture of Isambard Kingdom Brunel;[1][2] together with the early station nameboard this is a Grade II listed building restored in 1979.
