About me:
I work at a small technology business in New York State including a fledgling agile methodology software department. We are using elements of eXtreme Programming and Test Driven Development. I run a skunkworks lab where developers work far from pointy-haired bosses so they can be free from unnecessary management, morons, and mediocrity. I insist that my team members take the time to do things right and produce good code instead of rushed, buggy code and they seem to like it.
My interests include organizational development and software development process.
My (other) favorite Wiki is the eXtreme Programming portion of the Portland Repository found at Extreme Programming Roadmap
