Thanks for bringing the shield to my attention. Cylera is obviously being absurd, however there are things I have been planing to do force the university's hand, if they refuse to be reasonable. There are several old seals whose copyright as expired which I have, and there is also the option of having a picture of the shield which will not be easily attainable.
