Cataraqui could refer to:
- Cataraqui, a ship which was wrecked near King Island, Tasmania, Australia in 1845 with the loss of 406 lives
- Fort Cataraqui, a Canadian merchant ship built in 1942
- Fort Cataraqui, the former name of Fort Frontenac
It could also refer to several Canadian geographical names, derived from the French transliteration of "Katerokwi", the original Mississaugas First Nation name for the area now known as Kingston, Ontario:
