Cape Breton West is a provincial electoral district in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada, that elects one member of the Nova Scotia House of Assembly.
Its Member of the Legislative Assembly since 2006 has been Alfie MacLeod of the Nova Scotia Progressive Conservative Party. It includes much of the southern parts of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, the communities of Sydney River, Port Morien and Louisbourg.
