Can't Help Falling in Love was an A*Teens special release for the Lilo & Stitch movie soundtrack around the world. It is a cover version on the original song by Elvis Presley.
The soundtrack was full of Elvis tracks, so the A*Teens had to record a cover of one of his songs and they picked "Can't Help Falling in Love". Adding an "A*Teens sound" to it, europop more like, the track became a huge hit on Radio Disney in the United States, reaching number-one and staying there for 2 weeks.[1] The video had big exposure on several channels, so the A*Teens took advantage of this, and released their third album, "Pop 'Til You Drop!" on that June in the United States. Because of this, "Can't Help Falling in Love" had two music videos to promote both Disney Movie and their third album.
The song was a radio hit in the United States, and reached number-twelve in Sweden, number-sixteen in Argentina and number forty-one in Australia, despite of the success of the song overseas, it failed to attract the rest of the Latin American public, due to the fact that there was a Spanish version of the song, performed by the Argentine group, Bandana and the A*Teens' version of the song was overshadowed by the promotion of this band.

The video was directed by Gregory Dark and filmed in Los Angeles, California. It had two different versions. The "Disney Version", as the fans named it, features scenes of the movie, and also new scenes of the A*Teens with beach costumes. The "A*Teens Version" of the video, features the A*Teens on the white background with different close-ups and choreography, and scenes with puppies and different costumes.
