• Open Source Software- I strongly support the use of FOSS for the betterment of all communities. The cost normally existing with commercial software is eliminated or minimized to the point its accessible to any economically challenged group or person. Cost is not completely eliminated since a person still has to incure expenseses in support, learning, recording medium, and possibly access fees.
