I do research at the University of California, San Francisco on needle exchange, harm reduction, heroin overdose, hepatitis C and related topics. I mostly just do minor edits on random pages and slightly more detailed edits on pages related to European history and infectious disease. I'd love to do a complete re-write of the needle exchange one day, but a) I don't have much free time; and b) I'm cautious of NPOV given my own published research often touches on the topic.
