Bonobos is a Japanese dub band from Osaka, Japan. They formed in August of 2001. Their current lineup includes; Chunho Sai (guitar, vocals), Yasuyuki Sasaki (guitar), Natsuko Morimoto (bass), Bondo Tsuji (drums) and Izumi Matsui (percussions). They released their first full-length album, entitled Hover Hover in 2004, followed by two more follow ups in 2005 and 2006, titled Electlyric and a, un respectively. An EP, Golden Days, was also released in 2005. Their latest effort is a greatest hits compilation record called Pastrama - The Best of Bonobos -, which was released on January 30, 2008.
