The Black-headed Siskin (Carduelis notata) is a species of finch in the Fringillidae family. It is found in Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Nicaragua. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and heavily degraded former forest.
