[edit] stewards election
your votes on the steward election have been voided since you don't have a userpage on meta linking to your main wiki page (that is, your en: userpage), so please create the page and restore your votes ;) -- Drini 02:14, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bad spelling correction
In this diff you have broken an internal link by "spelling correcting" the link target. Please audit all your contribs made with the spellbound tool to ensure that you didn't make similar errors anywhere else. Thanks. --Gmaxwell 00:25, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Identity confirmation
Hi! I've followed the link from m:User:Benon here. Most probably it is your account but I would sleep more happily if you can provide a confirmation in the opposite direction - from en: to meta:.
I am asking in relation to the vote being invalidated. In theory an imposter could register the same name as yours, so the account meeting the suffrage criteria (en.wp one) should endorse the other (on meta). TIA, Goldie (tell me) 22:07, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
yes the account is mine :) Benon 14:06, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Forest logo.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Forest logo.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 06:58, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] "Nameless admin" incident.
Hi, benon, is there any possibility that we can discuss this on IRC tonight? I want to patch things up between us (and her). Will (talk to me) 17:47, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
I think after everything thats happened, it may be best if me and you just agree not to get involved with each other. Mainly because i dont want my loyalties tested here, nor do i wish to create more ill feeling within the wikipedia community at large and amongst freinds in it than has alredy been caused. Benon

Thank you for experimenting with the page Category:Racist on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. P.B. Pilhet / Talk 03:53, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
- I was referring to the comment "racist people are slimy bastards" that you made on the Category:Racist page, not the misspelling of db-attack. -- P.B. Pilhet / Talk 03:59, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

- I'm so sorry, I got confused! I looked at the diff before your edit, didn't see that comment, then looked ahead at your post and thought that you had made that remark. I guess you had simply reposted what the vandal had originally put up to demonstrate that it was indeed a db-attack qualifier. Again, I'm sorry; please accept my humble apologies. -- P.B. Pilhet / Talk 04:13, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

- Yeah, I'm using VandalProof. I've just started with it though, so I'm still trying to get the hang of it. I don't know how I ever patrolled without it. There's a VandalProof 2? I thought I was using the latest version. Where could I find the new one? Thanks for being patient with me while I was in the wrong :-) -- P.B. Pilhet / Talk 16:28, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
Thx for telling me that.
