Additionally... A little bit about myself.
Real name: Bryan
Age: I was born in 1968... you do the math.
Located in: Sunny Arizona, U.S.A.
My current projects: Working my job, taking care of my family, and waisting time here overwelemed by the crap video game information written by 14 year olds about things that happened in the 80s before they were born (or just as bad, 20 year olds writting about the 90's as they were 12 when the things they're making comments about happened. eg. historical events, etc.). Grrr...
My background: I've been playing video games since the days of Pong. I wrote several strategy guides, walkthoughs, and the like during the 80's for a number of Apple IIe games. I've been involved with the video game industry professionally since 1991 when I both launched, and became Co-Editor of a video game magazine (Game Zero magazine) which was published from 1992 to 1996, attending trade shows, etc, etc... I actively maintain the archive site of the magazine now as it is one of the few remaining video game news sites on the web from it's era, and one of the only places remaining where you can see video gaming content from that time in context. Some of the content now only appears there. While I've taken heat on this from people at time for "hanging onto the past", I see it differently. I believe that as I chose to publish it, I have the responsibility to make sure it stays available since nobody else is going to.
In any event, myself, my wife and my brother-in-law have at one point in time or another worked for various game companies over the years. My wife's company is currently developing games for the home market.
