The only reason I can see for this to be listed as "may not conform to neutrality standards" is because it's honest. Who flagged it? Does someone on the Right have a problem with who Barbara Deming was? For more on her, see Ira Chernus' book American Nonviolence: A History of an Idea (Deming and her groundbreaking work on a non-religious basis for nonviolence are given an entire chapter).
