Is this show still on the air in the US? The ComCentral website lists the show but doesn't show any air schedule at all. --Feitclub 03:31, Apr 13, 2005 (UTC)
- I think that CityTV here in Canada still runs episodes of the British version. On the other hand, they ran them for a long time before Fox picked up the show, too. --Elfer 00:28, 22 November 2005 (UTC)

All references to Channel 4's "Banzai" link to this page, calling it (game show) or (TV series) would confuse things with redirects, I think it'd be best to leave it with this name. - Responsible? 04:49, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Real Japanese?
Between and during segments in Banzai, it is common to see stylised animations involving what appear to be Japanese characters. For example, the characters associated with the message "Betting Ends" appear to be the same each time. Does anyone know if these are actually genuine Japanese phrases? I wonder if they are entirely made-up, or are perhaps making in-jokes which most of us don't get. Preacherdoc (talk) 20:38, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
