Bal Govind Dwivedi (b. Fatehpur, U.P. 1948) is prolific Poet in Hindi.

Birth: Jan 15, 1948
Birth Place: Rari, Fathepur, UP, India
Dr. Dwivedi is born in a Brahmin family in Rari village of Fathepur district in U.P. He post graduated in Mathematics from Kanpur University. He has started his carrier as a Lecturer of Mathematics in S.N.J.V Inter College at Kanpur in India. Along with the teaching job he had pursued his studies and obtained both M.A.(Hindi) and Ph.D.(Hindi). He is a prolific Poet in Hindi. His first book Aane Do Shabdon Ko was published in 1993. His other works are Parag Rang Jharne Do, Adhar Ke Dwar Par, Ashtha Ke Phulon Se and Yatharth Ki Sihran.
