Ariel Lin (Chinese: 林依晨; pinyin:Lín Yīchén; born October 29, 1982) is a Taiwanese actress and singer.
Ariel Lin was first discovered in the Taiwanese variety show Guess (variety show) and was the champion of the pretty subway girl contest in the show. After appearing in several television roles in Taiwanese dramas during the early 2000s, she came to fame for playing the role of Yuan Xiang Qin in the hit drama series It Started With a Kiss opposite Joe Cheng. She has recently appeared in Tokyo Juliet as Lin Lai Sui with Wu Zun and Simon Yam, another drama for which she was highly praised. Ariel is currently working on Legend of the Condor Heroes (Playing Huang Rong opposite of Hu Ge). She attended Taiwan's National Chengchi University, majoring in Korean.
