the my own (albeit patchy) memory and aparently the 1911 encyclopedia Brittanica states that relics are held at the church in remagen. is this true? [[1]]

The very first paragraph certainly needs attention.
- Saint Apollinare (also known as Apollinaris) is a Syrian Roman Catholic saint. He is mentioned in the Acts of the Apostles as a disciple of Saint Peter the Apostle, but more probably lived in the 2nd-3rd centuries.
Are we claiming that he was mentioned in the Acts of the Apostles as a miraculously prophetic act? Or what? —Ian Spackman 20:00, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
