Talk:Angel Air

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

this article is complete and utter bullshit. An advert for a small, local and unknown record store.

Presumably you are a fount of all knowledge therefore anything you don't know is not worthy of a Wikipedia article? If this is the case, that you know everything, then what is the point in you hanging around WP when you know all of its contents? But for your education, not that you need one of course, an independent label with over 250 albums and DVDs in it's catalogue is not "small" even for the music industry. "Local" is subjective, yes it's local to Suffolk as that's where its offices are. It's catalogue is not local as it imports to most of the world. It's artist stable features artists from all over the world. As for the "unknown" bit, well it's obvious that you don't know of it. The reason for that is most likely down to your musical taste (or lack thereof). There is more to music than Beyonce shaking her butt or some mix artist with iGarage cranking out MP3 downloads. Has it ever occurred to you that you are at university precisely because you don't know everything? ---- WebHamster 15:22, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Bad faith edit summary

Re the following edit summary : "With over 250 releases under their belt -what releases - what Mott the hoople record?"

You, and anyone else, can see for yourself what the releases are by downloading their free catalogue, I'm not about to break WP guidelines and list them all in the article. Feel free to count up the total and report back here. By doing so you will also find out the Mott the Hoople albums released on Angel Air too. But given that students are known for their lethargy I'll answer that question here: Fairfield Halls, Live 1970, All The Way From Stockholm To Philadelphia- Live 71/72, Rock n Roll Circus - Live 1972, Two Miles From Live Heaven, Hoopling - Best Of Live, Mott The Hoople, Mad Shadows, Wildlife, Brain Capers, Two Miles From Heaven, Family Anthology, Live Fillmore West, San Francisco, and an October 2007 release Fairfield Halls, Live 1970. I make that 13 Mott the Hoople albums. That should answer your question. ---- WebHamster 15:37, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
