- Coney Reyes as Margarita Dionisio - the sunshine that brings joy to the lives of the Dionisios. The best cook in town who serves a mouthful of love to her husband and children. Though a disciplinarian, Margarita is the family's guardian angel, seeing to it that the house is always a place they can all call home.
- Ronaldo Valdez as Martin Dionisio - the foundation of the family's strength. He is a fulfilled family man who is devoted to his wife and a good father to his children. Though he's quite emotional and sensitive, his sense of humor never fails to bring cheer to the family each day.
- CJ Ramos as Diego Dionisio - an incoming 5th grader. As Mom's little "Digoy", he's in charge of taking care of the family pet "Bambina." The family's juvenile entrepreneur, Diego knows how to save his last penny. And with his piggybank account, he has simple dreams, like having his own TV set and playstation someday.
- Sarah Christophers as Carolina Dionisio - at thirteen, is your typical teeny-booper. Ever-so-conscious of her looks, she's so into the latest fashion trends, beauty accessories and dieting. She's also hooked on reading romance novels and loves hanging out with friends.
- Jericho Rosales as Alberto Dionisio - the eldest in the family. He loves to cook and help mom do the household chores. Studious and serious in life, he still managed to be the campus hearthrob. Albert is a responsible young man who would love to follow dad's footsteps.
- Ann Villegas as Manang Gunding - Martin's spinster cousin. Always the reliable family caretaker, she receives much respect and love from everyone.
- Camilla de Sagun as Erika Dionisio - daddy's little angel. At five, Erika is a bright and bubbly girl whose wit amuses everyone. Surely, the family's cuddly bundle of joy.
- Sheila Marie Rodriguez as Beatrice Dionisio - possesses a strong personality. Brainy and sports-minded, she sets a very high standard such that boys find her quite elusive. Carefree, adventurous and outgoing, Bea is definitely not the homebody type. A tough cookie to break.
