Andrzej Badenski (born May 10, 1943) is a Polish athlete who won a bronze medal in 400 metres run in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.
In 1966 he won silver in the Euro Athletics Champs.
He has twice been Euro Champ in the hall, in 1968 and in 1971, in 1970 he was second best.
He also took part in 1968 (Mexico) and 1972 (Munich) Olympics. At the end of his career in 1974 he defected to the West and currently lives in Germany.
Allover, for a very long time he had been one of the ten fastest runners in the world.
