[edit] Advert
I'm torn on this one. Seems notable enough to me, since the company has been on the list of best companies to work for three different times ... but the current article reads like advertizing... Brian 15:24, 6 July 2006 (UTC)btball
[edit] Removed the advertizing and POV
It's still a pretty minimal article though, so I added a stub tag and request for expansion Brian 15:55, 6 July 2006 (UTC)btball

American Century Investments is a Mutual Fund company that is based in Kansas City, Missouri with assets totaling nearly 100 billion dollars. The company was founded by James E. Stowers, Jr. in 1958. It employs around 2,000 people. The company prides itself on not being involved in any of the financial scandals that have rocked certain Mutual Fund companies. For investing, the company relies heavily on computer generated stock screening with special algorithms based on Mr. Stowers' own financial theories. From the personal wealth Mr. Stowers produced from American Century Investments, he started the Stowers Insitute, a 2 billion dollar biomedical research facility.
