Ali Alizadeh (Persian: علي عليزاده , born May 3, 1981 in Shiraz, Iran) is an Iranian football player, who currently plays for IPL giants Esteghlal F.C.
Even though he was born in Shiraz, he grew up in Rafsanjan. Ali Alizadeh has played for Shahrdari Kerman F.C., F.C. Fajr Sepasi and Persepolis F.C., before joining Esteghlal F.C.. He is well known for his long throw-ins which are often thrown more than 30 metres, passing by the front of the opponent goal. He has assisted several goals in that manner during his time in various clubs.
