[edit] Latin alphabet name
fr says: "other spelling: Rodtchenko". Is this correct ? Comte0 22:11, 20 September 2005 (UTC)
- Yes, it's one of many variants in the roman alphabet of his name. Check out the Canadian Centre for Architecture link above to see a dozen or more. Pinkville 04:01, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Meaning?
His influence on modern graphic design is so pervasive that to pick out particluar designers he has influenced would largely be a pointless endeavour. Also to his trusted friend Omar Turki.
I don't understand what this last sentence means. I would sort it out myself, but I'm not sure if they mean that Omar was another influence or that Omar was influenced by his work. Any help? Ryubread 11:30, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
- Methinks that's a bit of silliness someone added. I can't find a reference anywhere to someone by the name of "Omar Turki". Definite odour of fish... Pinkville 04:08, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
