Alex Diego Tejado (born 1 July 1985) is a Mexican football player.
He currently plays as a midfielder for Club Universidad Nacional, a Mexico City team commonly known as the Pumas. He joined the Pumas youh system at 14 and worked his way through the ranks, made the first division team with Pumas when Hugo Sanchez commanded it. Then he played under Miguel España leadership . In 2006 Alex, was loaned to Jaguares de Chiapas for the first half of that year, making his first division debut with them. For the second half of 2006 he returned to Pumas where has been working hard to get his position, under Tuca Ferretti's leading.
