Aetorrachi, Aetorachi, Aetorrahi, Aetorahi, rarely: Aetorrakhi or Aetorakhi (Greek: Αετορράχη from aetos and rachi) is a Greek settlement located around 13 km southeast of the municipal seat of Vouprasia, Varda. Aetorrachi is part of the same municipal district with its settlement Dafni being its seat. Its population in 2001 was 122. Aetorrachi is linked with a road linking with Borsi and a road linking Kentro and Varda as well as to Lechaina. Its population are heavily agriculturally based.

The geography consists of farmlands which includes olive groves, pastures, fruits and vegetables and other crops and forests covers the remainder of the area. Several streams flows around the area. The area are very hilly and the mountains of Movri lies to the east. Mount Scollis or the Olenian Rock can be seen in the west along with the village of Portes. The panorama includes the hills of the western part of Ilia except for the Oleni ranges. The northwestern part of Ilia can be seen and most of the southern Ionian islands can rarely be seen.

The town is constructed on a hillside at a branch that is located near the Peneus Lake. The place is panoramical and from there shows all the towns of the Peneus Valley, at the depth of the horizon southwest of the town is the ancient Elis, the first capital of Elis, during the ancient times and the Olympic Games, it was the area where the mythical hero Hercules joined the two rivers of the Peneus and the Alpheus rivers and cleaned up the areas of queen Augeia.
Later the village was founded during the Ottoman Era and was known as Valaka (Greek: Βάλακα), named after the Turkish chief Valak Agaş, after the Greek War of Independence of 1821, the Ottoman rule finally went to an end and joined Greece and Turks fled from the area.
The village was renamed in 1957 to Aetorrachi in which the name comes from the area where it is built, Aetos and Rachis. It became a commune together with a neighboring village Kombouthreka (which later became Dafni). In 1997 under the Kapodistrias Law, it became a municipal district and a settlement of the municipality of Vouprasias. Many of the inhabitants left in search for a better live in larger Greek towns and cities as well as abroad since the mid-20th century.

Aetorrachi has a small school, a church, and a square (plateia), its nearest lyceum (middle school) and gymnasium (secondary school) are in Varda.
