Adrian Love

Adrian Love (born 3 August 1944 in York – 11 March 1999) was a British radio presenter. He was the son of musician Geoff Love.
He attended Tottenham Grammar School and after working for Burton the tailors, he began his radio career in 1966, working for Radio City. He joined the BBC in 1967 and worked there until 1973 when he moved into commercial radio when he moved first to LBC and then Capital Radio. He later returned to the BBC, appearing on Radio One, Radio Two and Radio Four. He also continued to appear on other stations, including BFBS and Classic FM. His last four years as a presenter were at BBC Southern Counties Radio.
He was gravely injured in a car crash in December 1997 and never completely recovered. He eventually succumbed to a collapsed lung.
