I study, and work on-campus at Flinders University, SA. As such I take a greater interest in topics pertaining to Adelaide, Education, and student issues.

My political philosophy is leaning either towards a liberal socialist or a property owning democratic, happy with either. I guess the best description of political views is actually a Social Democrat. Although I am a member of the Australian Labor Party I feel they do not really represent my views any more. I enjoy reading Marx and Rawls. I dislike Nozick.
I am Christian however, I often do not agree with many mainstream christian views. I am particularly upset by the recent (last 10 years) push towards capitalism and consumerism coming from many Right wing religious groups. Particularly the religious right or evangelicals.
