Talk:Abdul Hameed Dogar

Dejure/Defacto
Chief Justice Dogar has taken a fresh oath on the 1973 Constitution, therefore, its appropriate if "Defacto" is removed from his profile.
[edit] constitution of pakistan
This constitution cannot be changed by one man. If that is possible than anyone later can make changes. Constitutions are changed by Parliments. In fact the PCO was declared unconstituional by the Legal Supreme Court. Thus the PCO judges cannot approve the amendments, there is nothing in the constituion that allows the so called supreme court to approve amendments made by the head of the Army.
Thus if according to the American Bar Association and the Pakistan Supreme Court Bar Association, the acts after the decision of the Supreme Court on November 3 are all illegal.

The same Supreme Court did the same in 1999, nothing has changed, before it was Iftikhar Chaudhry who took an oath on the PCO and became the Chief Justice, this time its Abdul Hameed Dogar.
Your argument contains no weight, if what you are saying is true then the whole system will collapse because the President, Chief Justice (and Judges), the whole Caretaker Cabinet took an oath on that same Constitution, and not to mention the upcoming Parliament will take an oath on that same Constitution.
