From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

[edit] February 2008

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Armenian National Committee of America, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are already familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add your reference to the article. Thank you. VartanM (talk) 17:45, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

The recent edit you made to Bilderberg Group constitutes vandalism, and has been reverted. Please do not continue to vandalize pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thanks. CWii(Talk|Contribs) 18:58, 20 February 2008 (UTC))

Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. If you edit without a username, your IP address (85.229.25.221) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on this page. Again, welcome!

Addendum: if you continue to ignore warnings and abuse your editing privileges - which your "additions" to the articles Armenian National Committee of America, David Mayer de Rothschild, and Bilderberg Group constitutes - access to Wikipedia will be temporarily revoked with the imposition of a block. Wikipedia isn't a platform for agenda, personal opinion, original research/thought, and discredited minority theory. I urge you to respect that. SoLando (Talk) 01:11, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

I have only reverted you once, on the ANCA page, because there were no sources and you were making unsubstantiated claims. Your edits are being reverted by others because they fall under WP:POV. Let me know if I can help you with further questions. Regards. VartanM (talk) 03:02, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Signature_icon.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 04:10, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Carl Bildt. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Okiefromokla questions? 05:01, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome !

Hello,

judging from your edits you have some views which I share. Please note however, that wikipedia is not a forum, but an encyclopedia. Our articles must be neutral and verifiable, and therefore based on reliable sources. We also have policy not to WP:BITE the newcomers, but this sometimes is hard for some editors to do when they are feeling tired and frustrated. Some obvious points have been raised a million time, and when these matters have not been adequately solved, they become perennial debates. This means that you should not just add any information which you "know" to be true. If there were to exist a certain truth, you cannot simply add it in, because an encyclopedia does not present "truth", it presents "human knowledge", and if a majority of humans does not "see" a certain truth, it cannot be simply added. What should be done instead is that every significant minority view can be added, but described neutrally, and not more than is DUE. I hope this helps. Please do not unnecessarily agitate people who disagree with you, even when they are rude. Remaining CIVIL will on the long run help you best. I have been discussing these things for two years now, and progress is slow, but there is progress (at least within my own skills and knowledge) and warring will not help, because you are outnumbered. So, again, welcome!  — Xiutwel ♫☺♥♪ (speech has the power to bind the absolute) 11:49, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
