Request reason: "Hey you, why are you hiding all these warnings on this page that I can't access until I'm blocked? I kept asking who was removing my edits and nobody answered. Instead you posted warnings on a page that I can't even see until I'm blocked. How was I supposed to see these warnings anyway? If someone could explain whats the purpose of these warnings if I can't see them? You do realize I would have stopped my testing of WIkipedia if I had seen this..."

Request reason: "Well there are likely hundreds of people each week who are "testing" to see if Wikipedia really works. You guys need some way to communicate with them because most of them will stop after they see a warning and know that they could be blocked. I mean seriously if you can't even talk to these anonymous people what use are all these warnings? My suggestion is to implement someking of "messaging" system that pops up when you want to talk to them."

When you have new messages, you should see a bright orange banner at the top of every page until you (a) log in or out, or (b) check your messages. It's possible that you missed or ignored the "orange bar of doom," as it frequently winds up called, or also possible that you're the unfortunate victim of a bug wherein some anonymous users aren't notified of messages on their user talk pages. Either way, I'd prefer to see some concrete indication of your intent to contribute, before I considered unblocking.
