This host, cpe-70-114-38-167.satx.res.rr.com, is registered to Roadrunner (ISP), an Internet service provider through which numerous individual users may connect to the Internet via proxy. This IP address may be reassigned to a different person when the current user disconnects.
For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism, in which case, please see here.
If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user.
Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.
Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation. |

Your contributions history shows that you have been aggressively cross-posting. Although the Arbitration Committee has ruled that "The occasional light use of cross-posting to talk pages is part of Wikipedia's common practice."1, such cross-posting should adhere to specific guidelines. In the past, aggressively worded cross-posting has contributed towards an Arbitration Committee ruling of disruptive behavior that has resulted in blocks being issued. It is best not to game the system, and instead respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building, by ceasing to further crosspost, and instead allowing the process to reflect the opinions of editors that were already actively involved in the matter at hand. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 07:23, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
- The above was a templated warning against canvassing the talk pages of dozens of random admins to do your bidding. I don't really care about the substance of your dispute, your approach is the problem. I understand that you're frustrated, but you must understand that going about asking "Can any of these cool admins help me?" will not only make the solicited parties inclined not to get involved in the dispute, it might also get you blocked from editing. If you want to contribute to Wikipedia, you have to respect and follow our dispute resolution process. Regards, ˉˉanetode╦╩ 19:25, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
- You done venting? Feel better? Good. Here's how it works: if you break Wikipedia policies or harass users, you get blocked. That simple, no lecturing, just a block, or a rangeblock, if necessary. Now calm down and good luck dealing with whatever content dispute you've caught yourself up in. I want no part of it. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 21:04, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
Circumcision
I'm not here to judge you, but canvassing on a whole bunch of administrators' talk pages and attacking Anetode isn't really the way to go if you'd like to make a case for your addition. The good news is that the source you have appears to be reliable. The best way to go along with this is to discuss it in the talk page for circumcision. I checked your addition, and I think that you were reverted because you added it to the lead introduction. I think such a fact would go much better into a specific section like "HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases" or "Risks of circumcision." Also remember to make sure your sentence is grammatically correct, as your previous additions were fragments. Just as a reminder, in Wikipedia, when we come to disagreement, we discuss, stay civil, and assume good faith, not edit war and attack other users. I hope that you will put these words to good use. bibliomaniac15 21:11, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
- I'm afraid I think Bishonen may no longer be with us. May I suggest getting an account may be useful - this is informal advice. The real politic of wikipedia interactions means that account holders are usually given more credibility than those without - the ability to 'trace' contributions to an account gives a personality to people and encourages more accountability. regards --Joopercoopers (talk) 22:06, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

- I rollbacked whatever I could; that was really too much and cannot repeat. El_C 15:27, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
The statements were made by the World Health Organization and UNAIDS, two international health organizations. The article you mentioned only mentions a recent study. One statement should then get more weight than the other. bibliomaniac15 18:36, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
- Please do not troll on my user page. If you have a case to argue, do so in a civilized manner on the circumcision talk page. If you continue, you may be blocked for disruption. bibliomaniac15 21:43, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
Hi, the recent edit you made to Circumcision has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. With regard to your comments on User talk:Bruno23: Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks will lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Jakew (talk) 17:34, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
- While such practices are pretty common in other locales, heckling your opponents as here or here tends to "poison the well" and discourage people from working with you -- that's a very important consideration on a collaborative project such as Wikipedia. Some people will consider such messages to be ad hominem attacks, regardless of how well-intended they might be. I'd encourage you to instead direct comments on article content to talk pages (such as Talk:Circumcision) or otherwise make use of Wikipedia's dispute resolution process. Wiki atmospheres tend to emphasize cooperating and working even with those people we may strongly disagree with, so long as it's possible to get along. Food for thought? – Luna Santin (talk) 22:41, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 22:16, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
