Welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate your contributions, however they are not quite in compliance with Wikipedia policies and the Five key prinicples of Wikipedia. These include writing in a Neutral point of view, citing sources, and verifiability. Wikipedia is also not a crystal ball. While many believe the plane was targeted at the U.S. Capitol, it is speculation. And, even if the plane was crashed into the Capitol, the building was already evacuated and few or any people on the ground would have been killed. So, "no doubt saved countless lives" is far from certain. And saying things like "Jeremy Glick gallantly gave his life for his country." is problematic. While I tend to agree with you, words like "gallantly" are more opinion and not appropriate here.

Aside from those issues, here are few more things to know. Also, you are currently editing without a username. You can continue to do so, as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and edit articles; however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 68.89.255.254). Logging in does not require any personal details, and there are many other benefits for logging in.

Also, when you edit pages:

• Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
• If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.

Thank you for asking. (and thanks for your military service) It's complicated, when it comes to 9/11 victims which is a touchy topic here. If you look at Category:Victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks, you will see that only 22 victims have articles here. There used to be many more articles, but Wikipedia has a policy on notability. I don't quite agree with them, but a significant number of Wikipedians do not consider being a crime (even 9/11) victim makes one notable. Thus, the articles were deleted and a separate website, September 11 wiki was set up to host these biographies. That's where it stands now.

You also ask, how did I know you edited those pages and what you put there? If you register for an account here, you can put pages on a personal watchlist and track changes to those articles. I have worked on the September 11, 2001 attacks article. (keeping conspiracy theories out of there, best I can). Thus, I have put all 9/11 related pages on my watchlist and noticed the changes you made.

I suggest you first try editing articles other than those about 9/11 victims and get a better feel for how things work on Wikipedia. Also, take a look at Wikipedia's Five pillars to understand the basic principles that guide editing here. That should help you better understand what kind of edits are acceptable and what's not. Also, where you say "...that's what's wrong with this country." Actually, many people editing here are from Europe, Australia, Asia, and all over the world. So, NPOV reflects some balance between the viewpoints of Americans and people elsewhere (who may be less sympathetic about 9/11, and more critical of the United States). It's in my judgment that words like "gallantly" would be objectionable to many people, as too opiniated. Try to tone down the adjectives. And, if you want to include something about United Airlines Flight 93 being targeted for the U.S. Capitol Building, that is acceptable if you cite the 9/11 Commission Report as a source and don't state it in absolute terms of certainty. --Aude (talk contribs) 04:39, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
