This IP address is used by a web cache used by NTL World and also Virgin.net customers in the United Kingdom. There may be other internet service providers also using the same web cache. It is likely these ISP customers have no choice which web cache their ISP forces them to use (achieved through transparent proxying).

Hi there -- the material you keep adding to racism, while imporoved, is still rather POV. Also, it seems better suited to the racial profiling article. I think it would be helpful if you discussed the changes on the article's talk page: Talk:Racism.

As I and other users have tried to explain, your edits to British Empire were not helpful. North America as a whole was not part of the Empire at its height, so your addition is simply inaccurate. Please discuss this edit of yours before reinstating it; keep in mind our three revert rule as well. -- Hadal 02:55, 26 Sep 2004 (UTC)

OK, I have unblocked this IP since it seems to be used by multiple people. But note that it's the history of edits that lead to it being banned, not just one thing on the 9-11 page. Evercat 23:49, 20 Nov 2004 (UTC)
