360° Vision

360° Vision is a Canadian television newsmagazine series, which airs on VisionTV. The program airs documentary and feature reports on matters of spirituality, religion and faith in news and current events.
The series was a nominee for Best News and Information Series at the 2006 Gemini Awards.
The show profiles stories which are decidedly outside the mainstream, which gives it an appropriate title, suggesting a turn-around from the norm. Some groups have objected to the show's emphasis at times. For example, on its 100th episode, the executive producer discusses some of the programs it produced throughout the past year. To many Catholics, the stories seem scewed. They included shows on two women who were sexually abused by priests several decades ago, and Karl Clemens, a gay Catholic priest. In contrast, they did a story on Islamic terrorism, which was a reaction to the Canadian government's claim that Islamic terrorism is a threat to Canada. The show clearly sided with Muslim communities by condeming these reports.
