2006 V8 Supercar Championship season

The 2006 V8 Supercar season was the 11th running of the V8 Supercar Championship Series. It began on March 25, 2006 in Adelaide and ended on December 10 at Phillip Island after 13 rounds.

The following drivers and teams competed in the 2006 V8 Supercar Championship Series. The series consisted of 11 rounds of sprint racing and two rounds (the Sandown 500 and the Bathurst 1000) of endurance racing with each car piloted by two drivers.
