The Three Stooges Collection, Volume One: 1934-1936 is a two-disc DVD collection of theatrical short subjects produced by Columbia Pictures starring American slapstick comedy team the Three Stooges between 1934 and 1936.[1] The set was released by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment on October 30, 2007, and marked the first time the team's first 19 shorts were released on DVD in chronological order. In addition, every film was remastered in high definition, another first for the comedy team's body of celluloid works.[2] No bonus features are included in this set.
The next set in the series, The Three Stooges Collection, Volume Two: 1937-1939 is slated for release on May 27, 2008.[3]
