I reverted your edit on the basis of POV as you described Sir Magdi Yacoub as "the world's most eminent heart surgeon" which implies that he is better than all others of his profession (and not just part of a leading group). This is clearly POV in the abscence of any citations. I don't have a problem with the edit you made about Hani Azer if you wish to restore that and add a suitable reference.
