I am writing in reference to the site listed in the title. We are working to build an online resource for fire and emergency services. We are hoping to find volunteers willing to expand the site and take it to new levels... esp. in the context of giving it a more international collaboration. I am writing to ask two things... first, would you be interested in contributing to the site... second, would you be interested in building a German fork to the site. We would host the software and provide you the resources needed. What we would ask is that you recruit other german wikipedians and others willing to contribute and help the site grow. If you are, please leave me a message on the talk page and we will post for a vote for a de.thefirewiki.org.
