I'm trying to figure out what the connection to Høegholm is. Høegholm is a different estate from Bjørnholm. They are fairly close in location. I'd like to know what the text below means

It just means, that the Bjørnholm described in the article was separated from the original place called Bjørnholm, but at the time of the separation in 1805, the new small place took over the old name, and the old larger farm took the new name, Høegholm.
