ইন্টারন্যাশনাল স্ট্যান্ডার্ড বুক নাম্বার (মাঝেমধ্যে এভাবে উচ্চারিত হয়: [ˈɪzbən]) (আইএসবিএন) বা আন্তর্জাতিক মান পুস্তক সংখ্যা সকল বইয়ের বারকোড চিহ্নিতকরণের জন্য ব্যবহৃত একটি অনন্য সংখ্যায়ন পদ্ধতি যা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহ্রত হয়ে থাকে। ১৯৬৬ সালে যুক্তরাজ্যে এই সংখ্যায়ন পদ্ধতির সূচনা ঘটে। এর পত্তন করে যুক্তরাজ্যের বই ও স্টেশনারি সামগ্রী বিক্রতা ডব্লিউএইচ স্মিথ। প্রথমে এটি নয় ডিজিটের সংখ্যা ছিল এবং প্রাথমিক নাম ছিল স্ট্যান্ডার্ড বুক নাম্বারিং বা এসবিএন। ১৯৭৪ সাল পর্যন্ত এভাবেই থাকে। ১৯৭০ সালে আন্তর্জাতিক মান সংস্থা এটিকে আন্তর্জাতিক স্বীকৃতি দেয় এবং এর মান নির্ধারণ করা হয় আইএসও ২১০৮ -এর মাধ্যমে। এর অনুরুপ অন্য একটি সংখ্যায়ন পদ্ধতি হচ্ছে আইএসএসএন যা মূলত পত্র-পত্রিকা এবং সাময়ীকির ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়। ২০০৭ সালের জানুয়ারি ১ তারিখ থেকে আইএসবিএন -কে ১৩-ডিজিটের সংখ্যায় রুপান্তরিত করা হয়েছে।[১] এই সংখ্যায়নের সকল দায়দায়িত্ব বহনকারী হচ্ছে: টিসি ৪৬/এসসি ৯।
