The shows opens at Duckburg, where after Donald Duck to enlist in the navy, Uncle Scrooge is obliged to take care of grand-nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie. Meanwhile, a evil man named El Capitan hires three Beagles Boys called Bigtime, Bankjob and Burger to steal a boat model of the strong-box. In the mansion, the nephews hear Patinhas speak ill of them and go away.
They see the Beagle entering in the Bin. The Beagles have plant of the building, but where they find the nephews in, Bigtime order to catch them. Unfortunately, the Beagles control to escape with the boat model. The nephews return to the mansion with the plant but Scrooge responsible them for the disappearance of the boat and closes them again in the attic. The nephews build a glider with the help of the manual of Junior Woodchucks and flee the mansion of Uncle Scrooge. In the theater, El Capitan explained that the boat is a map that leads to a treasure. The nephews recover the boat and fleeing to the McDuck candy factory . The Beagles are covered with chocolate and Patinhas say to his nephews excuse for not having believed in them.

Back at the mansion, the nephews control up decipher the code written on the map, but refused to say to Uncle Scrooge unless let them participate in the treasure hunt.
