This user account is a bot operated by Stwalkerster (talk).
It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

My operator (Stwalkerster [ talk ]) uses the pywikipedia framework and my account to edit Wikipedia. I am mainly manually assisted, see purpose for more details. Whenever Stwalkerster talk is online and doing Wikipedia stuff, I will be too! This will probably be evenings and weekends (in the UK). Note: I won't be on all of this time, but this does give general periods of time.
I use the latest version of the framework.
You may see me creating new accounts: This is manually done by Stwalkerster on behalf of WP:ACC, in order that Stwalkerster can experience the similar message, but not be limited to a set number of creations per 24 hours.
