Fermentation

Fermentation is the process in which bacteria convert glucose (or sugar) into either alcohol or vinegar. This process is called glycolysis. If the fermentation happens with oxygen available (aerobic), the end product is vinegar. If the process happens without oxygen (anaerobic), the end product is alcohol. An example of Fermentation is yeast or bacteria, the raw material is the glucose, which is sugar, and the products are carbon dioxide + Alcohol + energy. There is also two types of Fermentation and some examples of the other type are Human Muscle cells and bacteria.
The two types of fermentation are alcoholic fermentation and lactic acid fermentation
