Devil May Cry 4 is the next game in the series of Devil May Cry. It was released for the next generation of video game consoles on February 5, 2008. It was originally going to be a PS3 exclusive, but further into the developement it was decided to be a multi-platform release. A month prior to its official release a demo was made available on Playstation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace.
Contrary to previous games Dante isn't the central character in the story being "replaced" by Nero the new protagionist. Though it follows the traditonal gameplay using a variety of melee and long-range weapons. Also revising their roles are Lady and Trish, including all new chracters named Kyrie, Credo, Agnus, Gloria, and Sanctus plus plenty of new demons and bosses.
