Have a short memory. A conflict today doesn't preclude working together tomorrow. By the same token, don't make it personal - it's about the product, not the personality.
Please think before you upload images. If you upload a non-free image that does not meet WP:FAIR, it will be deleted - you are only creating work for someone else.
Adminship ought to be easy come easy go. I will support the RFA of almost anyone who will list themselves at Administrators open to recall. Similarly, if there is any question whatsoever, I may oppose anyone who refuses to be listed.
Process is Important. While I don't mind a snowy delete when an article reaches the pile-on delete stage, out-of-process speedies without discussion can wind up taking more time on WP:DRV than they would have in the appropriate process and only result in hurt feelings.
Be careful with the term "cruft". Sometimes, it is what it is, but it can be offensive to refer to something that is important to someone else in that way.

- Virginia Tech campus - merger of individual building pages - working to make this a good article. I've also got a ton of photos I have taken while up there for football games. This fall, I'll spend more time taking pictures of the campus so that I will have something for every building. But I do have a number of pictures already I can add to the article at some point.
- Lee Hall (Virginia Tech) - this is a huge issue out at Tech. The building was named after a man who, while he was a student, was allegedly involved in racist organizations. It looks like the school is going to have to go through protests every few years, once the student body gets recycled and nobody who remembers the previous argument is still there.

- User:BigDT/Holy Spirit in the New Testament - deleted as Holy Spirit as Revealed in Acts through Revelation for obvious reasons, userfied at my request so that I can try and make it into something usable
- Rapture - kindof an ongoing cleanup project
