The Asian Academy of Film & Television is the pioneer most Film school in this part of the world. It is affiliated with the International Film & Television Research Center and Marwah Films & Video Studios. It is located in India's Noida Film City.
The success of AAFT alumni and the thriving Indian Film Industry also referred to as Bollywood has made it as one of the leading film schools in the world. AAFT is attracting students from more than 60 countries of the world. It is the first ISO certified film school in the world.

Mass Media is known to shape thought, change attitudes and move people to action. The potential of film for facilitating development or damaging the society is indeed enormous. The same can be said for power of television in shaping peoples lives. Communicating to the audience is a challenge. Communicator not only must know what to communicate but also how to communicate to be able to influence the audience who possess diverse character. The effective communicator cannot rely on hunches and intuition to capture and hold the attention of the mass-audience. He has to interact with the audience to seek their input. International Film & television Research Center (IFTRC) will address itself to this complex task of conducting research with the audience on programming and its effectiveness. It will encourage and popularize the concept of mass media and will train media researchers to aid better TV programming and film making.

India has the distinction of producing the largest number of films in the world. Around 900 feature films in 24 languages/dialects are made in the country every year.Close to 165 satellite television channels currently available to the viewers in the country require production of thousands of hours of program’s annually.Film making and television program production activity now is both hectic and challenging.
A section of the film industry is of the view that the film and television professional need to be supposed in their work by the connoisseurs of film and television arts.With this in view, International Film & Television Club was established.

Since India is always been the leader on peace and ancient spiritual country and the largest film producing country in the world,therefore IFTC has now decided to promote the 5th biggest film festival of India,Global Festival Of Films On Peace And Spirituality.

Asian Academy Of Film And Television, the premier film and tv institute in India has launched its INTERNATIONAL FILM AND TELEVISION CLUB. The organization has its annual program of having festival of short films.The festival is divided into two parts. First the films made in India and the other one is films made all over the world.The institution has 63 centers all over the world and the alumni of the academy handles its business every year.
The most interesting part of the whole event is that the winner gets an opportunity to make another short film at the cost of the center.The complete infrastructure of film and tv is at the disposal of that film maker.The organization believes that cash prices can never cover the cost of the new film.A creative person must be given more chances to show there caliber.
