An arts café is a place that provides food and arts. In arts cafés, you can watch pictures, statues and so on. Some arts cafés carry out arts activities. People can be supported in order for them to express themselves in arts openly in these kinds of activities. They can also share the experience with others, learn arts knowledge and make friends.
